Choosing your panel

  • 5-panel — marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, PCP (the DOT-style core)
  • 10-panel — adds benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, propoxyphene, and more
  • Expanded / custom panels — add alcohol (EtG), expanded opioids, tramadol, fentanyl and specialty markers

Rapid vs. lab-confirmed

A rapid (instant) test gives a preliminary result during your visit — great when you need an answer today. When a rapid screen is non-negative, or when you need a fully defensible result (employment decisions, court, DOT), the specimen goes to a SAMHSA-certified lab for confirmation and, for regulated tests, MRO review. We'll help you pick the right level for your situation.

Detection windows

Urine typically detects most substances for about 1–4 days after use, though heavy or chronic marijuana use can be detectable longer. If you need a longer look-back, consider hair testing (~90 days); for very recent use, oral fluid is an option.
